Newsletter privacy

Your email, your choice.

When you request the Lexicon Labs newsletter, we store your name, email address, signup source, consent wording, and request date in a private Cloudflare database. Your address becomes active only after you confirm the email sent through AgentMail.

We use your confirmed address for Lexicon Labs book releases, Nobel annual updates, and occasional offers. Confirmed registrations are also sent to Bob Barkley, who manages the list. We do not sell the newsletter list.

Confirmation links expire after 48 hours. Every welcome email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing marks your address as suppressed; it must be excluded from future newsletter mailings. We retain the consent and suppression record to respect your choice.

For signup abuse prevention, we store temporary hashed rate-limit identifiers for up to two hours; these records are removed during subsequent signup requests. The signup page does not load our Google Analytics tag.

Subscriber sign-in uses a one-use email link that expires in 15 minutes. We store hashed sign-in tokens and session identifiers, and set a secure HTTP-only cookie for up to 30 days. Member access is checked against your current confirmed subscription on each protected request. Unsubscribing removes member access. Expired sign-in and session records are removed during subsequent sign-in requests.

For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact bob.barkley@lexiconlabs.store.
